Alanay, Ahmet

Dr. Ahmet Alanay is an internationally recognized and highly skilled surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the field of pediatric and adult spinal disorders and diseases.

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine in 1988 and completed his residency in 1996 at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology where he subsequently received his associate professor degree in 2002 and professor degree in 2007.

Since 2012, Dr. Alanay is working at Acibadem Health Group where he established the Comprehensive Spine Center at Acibadem Maslak Hospital. Additionally, he is a faculty member of orthopedics and traumatology at Acibadem University School of Medicine.

Dr. Alanay serves as board member and chair of many prestigious spinal societies and he is also associated with many international study groups. He has over 100 peer-reviewed publications in high-ranking international journals along with numerous national and international presentations at scientific meetings and won various awards throughout his career.
