FAQ - Industry

Why is a hybrid congress the best option for me as a sponsor?
Nothing will ever replace the value of face-to-face human interaction and scientific collaboration. But we also understand that a number of our participants might not be able to attend in-person this year. Therefore, EUROSPINE decided to hold a hybrid congress that unifies the in-person and the online audiences.
The wide reach makes a hybrid event even more attractive. Your visibility is not limited to live attendees of EUROSPINE, but you will also be visible to online participants. Capturing qualified leads is possible virtually and at the live event. If you wish, your sponsored content will remain online not only during the event but for years afterwards by on-demand implementation in the e-library of EUROSPINE.
Besides, the hybrid format also assures that the event will not be cancelled and gives you certain flexibility by offering both on-site and virtual sponsoring options.

I am interested in contributing to EUROSPINE 2021 as a sponsor/exhibitor. How can I get more information?
Please have a look at the EUROSPINE 2021 Industry ProspectusAchtung Link öffnet sich in einem neuen Fenster or get in touch with Ellen Valckenaere of the EUROSPINE Organising Team, she will provide you with all information you need:

Will there be a virtual exhibition like last year with the possibility for the visitors to interact with companies?
At the moment, we only offer on-site exhibition floors space in Vienna.
The virtual presence of our sponsors and exhibitors will include a company profile on the virtual congress platform and access to the meeting hub to network with delegates.
The necessity and need for a (re-designed) virtual exhibition will be explored together with our partners from the MedTech Industry during the upcoming months.

When are we able to choose the location of our booth in Vienna?
The booth allocation will start in spring 2021.
As per EUROSPINE guidelines, the assignment for booth allocation remains according to the following criteria: total exhibition and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of a first deposit.

How can we get in touch with participants during the hybrid event?
You will be able to reach out to live attendees as usual. Virtual attendees can be contacted via the meeting hub of the virtual congress platform. A good way to present your products is by organising a workshop or a “Meet the Expert” activity that can be held on-site in Vienna and broadcasted into the platform. Vice-versa, if your company cannot have any on-site presence you could also organise an online session and stream it into the congress platform. Session attendees can actively take part and get in touch with you.

What is the most effective way to generate leads?
There are two very effective ways of generating leads at EUROSPINE 2021. Option 1 is to have a booth on-site and opt for a lead retrieval system that enables you to scan every visitor. Option 2 is to organise an educational session and either scanning your live attendees inside the session room or capturing the leads of your online participants virtually. This can be easily implemented and increases the return on investment of your activity. Besides, you can connect with delegates via the meeting hub and capture leads by doing so.
