COVID-19 Information & Onsite Attendance


Be assured that EUROSPINE is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and has defined prevention measures to ensure a safe environment during the congress.

DAILY ENTRY CHECK ONSITE at Messe Wien

For a COVID-safe environment at the EUROSPINE 2021 we will be checking the vaccination status of all participants upon entry every day and enforce social distancing throughout the whole meeting. Wearing a mouth nose protection is mandatory when not actively eating or drinking.

Please carefully read the entry regulations in the COVID-19 Protocol & Safety Concept and what you have to provide at the entry check:

EUROSPINE is taking all possible precautions to make the congress as safe as possible. However, the risk of infection cannot be ruled out completely. Participation in the respective event is on the participant’s own responsibility. In case of a COVID-19 infection during the annual meeting, your contact data will be passed on to the health authorities. EUROSPINE is not liable for any potential damage resulting from measures (e.g. quarantine of several days) ordered by the health authorities and asks for your understanding.

Pre-Registration Self-Print stations
Delegates & exhibitors will print their name badges at several self-print stations onsite by scanning a barcode that will be sent via email a few days before the congress. Our staff members will be happy to assist you in case of any problems.

Registration Service desks are in place for participants with outstanding payments or any questions regarding registration. If you would like to amend your registration, please proceed to the service desk.

Remaining tickets for the EUROSPINE 2021 Congress Evening can be purchased at the Registration Service counter.
Persons who have booked tickets for the ESF Charity Run 2021 can pick up their T-Shirts at the designated ESF Charity Run counter.


Onsite registration will be possible at the Registration Service desk, however, we recommend to register in advance to avoid waiting time onsite.

CONGRESS MATERIAL


Name Badges
Delegates will receive a personalised name badge when collecting their congress documents. During the congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and grants access to the scientific sessions, commercial exhibition and official networking events (in case tickets have been booked). Admission to the congress will not be allowed without badge identification. Exhibitors are not entitled to attend the scientific sessions with the exception of their own company’s workshop.

Please note: Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of 60€. If the badge is returned the next day, the deposit will be refunded. Participants who misplace their badge need to pay for a new one.

Transfer of your Data to Exhibitors and Sponsors
Please note: If you have your badge scanned by an exhibitor/sponsor at EUROSPINE 2021, you thereby agree that your personal data (consisting of name, contact data, address data & organisation/institute, professional specialisation), collected by Mondial Congress & Events, may be forwarded (via a contracted service provider) to the exhibitor/sponsor by whom you have your badge scanned, and the respective company may contact you directly for its own purposes.


Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor badges are personnel and nominative. For security reasons, booth personnel must wear the official EUROSPINE 2021 name badges at all times, it also gives access to the exhibition area one hour before the opening times.
Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of 60€. If the badge is returned the next day, the deposit will be refunded.
The exhibiting company will be responsible for the actions of anyone receiving a badge under the exhibiting company’s name, including their invited guests.
