Sun, Xiang-Yao

Dr. Sun received a M.D. and Ph.D. in Capital Medical University, majoring in spine surgery. He got the certification of engineer in biomechanical 3D imaging technology, engineer in Deep Learning Technology, Certified Translator and Interpreter (Interpretation Level 3), and joined TAC (Translators Association of China). He had the honor of being a reviewer in Spine. He held the post of scientific research secretary in the department of Orthpaedics, Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University. He has published 7 SCI articles and 18 Chinese articles. He has done a lot of research on delayed presentation of incidental durotomy, spinal cord injury, postoperative infection, thoracolumbar fracture without neurologic deficit, intramedullary Grade II ependymomas. Now, he is working hard at the application of FET (finite element technology) in spinal surgical decision-making.
