Richard heads Northgate Public Services’ (NPS) Registries business.  Having worked extensively in the field of healthcare informatics, he has run and managing delivery of national programmes associated with the collection and reporting of clinical and administrative healthcare data.  He is NPS Programme Director for the National Joint Registry (delivered on behalf of the Department of Health and HQIP), and more recently Spine Tango (through a contract with EUROSPINE).

Through his work in registries, Richard has defined and developed information services for surgeons, healthcare managers, industry, regulatory authorities and patients.
