Speaker Guidelines

Thank you for being part of the EUROSPINE Annual Meeting 2022 in Milan.
Here is the most relevant information for your successful presentation:

PREPARE your presentation

  • Make your slides as simple as possible - try to present only one idea per slide. Sometimes, one powerful sentence, a number, or even one word, can say more than a slide full of bullet points.
  • If possible, avoid using animations
  • You should not use any patient names on your slides
  • Limit the number of slides to one per minute
  • Presentation format is 16:9 widescreen, Power Point format only “.pptx, .ppt or .pps”
  • Use a standard font like Calibri, Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman
  • If you embed videos, please make sure to use "mpeg1", "mpeg2", "wmv" or "avi" format
  • Make sure to disclose any conflict of interests with the second slide of your presentation
