Rothenfluh, Dominique A.

Prof. Rothenfluh is the Director and Head-Physician of the Spine Centre at the CHUV, the University Hospital in Lausanne, Switzerland. He's an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon and former Consultant Spine Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with a PhD in Bioengineering. His main clinical interest is complex adult spinal surgery which includes adult deformity and reconstructive surgery of the spine and surgery for primary tumours. His main interest is complex spine, i.e. adult deformity and tumour. He is the Chair of the Education and Fellowship Council of Eurospine (2019-2022) and engages in EUROSPINE to improve spinal surgery education, training and science in Europe and thereby advance the specialty.
