Submission of an application does not guarantee space availability, nor does it guarantee size or location.
By submitting the online exhibition application, companies agree to the payment conditions and cancellation policy & fees outlined in the industry prospectus page 19, as well as the EUROSPINE 2022_General Participation Terms and Conditions.

Space is rented in 9m² steps only (min 9m²)

€ 645/m² from 36m²

Booth Allocation
As per EUROSPINE guidelines, the assignment for booth allocation remains according to the following criteria: total of booth and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit. The booth allocation will start in spring 2022.

AIFA (Italian Drug Agency) Compliance

Any pharmaceutical company that is promoting prescription-only medicine during a congress in Italy in the form of sponsorship, exhibition presence, group registration or other is required to obtain authorization be AIFA (Italian Drug Agency) according to Italian legislation (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124). Companies are required to notify our appointed partner Fargo International of their contribution to ensure that their support of the congress can be reported to the official agency. Please note that for all sponsoring companies an event tax will be required, subject to their total level of sponsorship.

To ensure that your AIFA submission can be carried out within the official deadlines, please ensure to contact Fargo International Srl as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday, 2 August 2022.
Please note that you will not be able to promote any prescription-only medicine if you don’t arrange your AIFA submission within the above-mentioned deadline.
