Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to present at the congress if accepted. Notification of acceptance and information regarding presentations will be forwarded to the authors immediately after the reviewing process via e-mail at the beginning of May 2023.

For an abstract to be included in the final scientific program, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the congress and to settle payment as soon as the notification of abstract acceptance is received and not later than Friday, 30 June 2023. Expenses associated with the preparation, submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter(s)/author(s).
