Due to the fact that the first EUROSPINE Foundation (ESF)
Charity Run 2018 in Barcelona with more than 120 participants was very successful it has been decided to organise the event again this year in Helsinki.Event Details

Registration Details
How to register?
A congress registration is required to take part in the run. However, all delegates are welcome to register their friends and family who would like to join the run in Helsinki.

You're not much of a runner, but would like to participate?
We are happy to organise 2 groups - a running and a walking team!
Simply let us know your prefered pace during your registration.
