E-poster upload

All submitting authors will receive an individual upload login and upload information for their e-posters end of August 2016.

E-posters in landscape format (typical power point format) will have the best appearance on e-poster stations at the exhibition. Therfore we strongly recommend to use landscape format for your e-poster.

E-posters are to be submitted in pdf file format of max 12 pages
  • including title page
  • and disclosure information to be cited on the last page of your presentation
  • pdf-file size should not exceed 10MB in order to secure easy & quick end-user handling
  • Mac users; make sure your pdf filename has the ending .pdf
  • We recommend to use "Arial" or "Verdana" fonts for your e-poster
  • Make sure that your pdf is saved with "embedded fonts"

Upload-deadline: 26 September 2016

Thank you in advance for your e-poster contribution. In this way we are sure to improve the access to your scientific work and equally improve the attractiveness of our meeting. The EUROSPINE website will constantly be updated with the latest news during the conference and there will be a direct e-poster link.
